Above, on the right side it's the Palazzo Vecchio tower, one of the city ex-libris.
The Ponte Vecchio ("Old Bridge", Italian pronunciation: [ˈponte ˈvɛkkjo])[1][2] is a Medieval stone closed-spandrel segmental arch bridge over the Arno River, in Florence, Italy, noted for still having shops built along it, as was once common. Butchers initially occupied the shops; the present tenants are jewellers, art dealers and souvenir sellers. The Ponte Vecchio's two neighbouring bridges are the Ponte Santa Trinita and the Ponte alle Grazie.

It is well worth a stop in Sicily city of Taromina....with the amazing ETNA vulcano above... what a lovely place to spend some days....

Sure, we are in Italy, around Sicily island.... a wonderful island it's so very well worth a journey all around the whole island...
